High quality New Zealand Car Seat Cover Manufacturer replaced their manual CNC Arm Digitizer with the automatic NShot-Pro Camera digitizer for CAD and CAM systems.

Rugged Valley, a quality-oriented car seat manufacturer in New Zealand, is committed to constantly perfecting its design and manufacturing processes. Due to their detail-oriented nature, the company has acquired the NShot-Pro system to automatically digitize their templates into DXF files. They digitize automotive and workwear templates and have replaced their manual CNC arm digitizer to increase accuracy, speed, and quality.

The new NShot-Pro has helped the company increase production speed, cut costs, and ensure maximum product quality. After their patterns are digitized with one picture, they export true-to-size DXF and JPEG files. The DXF files are nested and cut on their automatic cutting system for production. Rugged Valley digitizes both paper and fabric patterns.
